A quick PSA!:
If you’ve never experienced sleep paralysis before, I suggest you be careful with this! As someone who has dealt with on-and-off bouts of it, it can be a really scary thing and even thought the guide promises that you’ll just start to dream that doesn’t always happen! If you want to try lucid dreaming for real, start by keeping a dream journal and a regular sleep schedule. Quit using your bed for other things and only use it to sleep (this makes your subconscious associate the bed with sleep exclusively and makes it a lot easier to fall asleep faster).
This quick tip will work sometimes, but beware. Sleep paralysis isn’t a serious deal, but it can go really bad really quick. Also, you don’t have to put your hands at your sides. What’s more important is that you’re in a comfortable position.Happy dreaming! C:
